Exchange Policies

  1. Contacting Us: If you wish to exchange an item, please reach out to our customer service team at exchanges@smthngworld.com within 5 days of receiving the item.

  2. Quality Check: To maintain the highest hygiene standards for our products, all items for exchange will undergo a quality check by our team. The exchange request will then be either approved or declined based on the outcome of this check.

  3. Return Criteria: Please note that we reserve the right to not accept a return if:

    • (1) The product has been used.
    • (2) The product is damaged.
  4. Shipping: Once your exchange is confirmed, you are responsible for shipping the item back to us with the tracking ID provided in the same email thread at exchanges@smthngworld.com.

  5. Processing Time: Upon receiving the returned item, we will process the exchange within 7-10 business days.

  6. Defective Products: If you have received a defective product, kindly share images with us at exchanges@smthngworld.com, and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

  7. Exchange Limit: Exchanges can be done on the same product for size only once.

Cancellation and Refund

Please be aware that cancellation and refunds are not possible for any orders. In the event of a return, the refunded amount will be credited back to your account in the form of store credit.
